The potential of Foursquare for business in Thailand

 This blog has discussed location-based social network-cum-game Foursquare a number of times since its launch at the beginning of 2009, however a recent post from US blogger Steffan Antonas caught the eye and prompted a fresh take on the potential of the service for businesses in Thailand. 

Antonas’ post is a case study of Foursquare marketing, focusing on AJ Bombers, a US burger joint which used the service to bring 166 Foursquares users in its Milwaukee-based premises in just one afternoon by hosting a dedicated Foursquare event.
